Property Details

1 bedroom, ocean front condo on the 1st floor, located on beautiful Isle of Palms with broad sandy beach (even at high tide). The condo is nicely decorated and maintained with its own private balcony facing the ocean. The condo is equipped with modern appliances including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, cable TV, VCR, DVD player, microwave oven, blender, small compact stereo system, telephone with answering machine, hairdryer, alarm clock, etc. near shopping, restaurants, & grocery store. A fishing pier & swimming pools as well as a laudromat are on site. Off street parking is free. Laudromat is on site.

Note: During the peak season (5/27/05 – 9/09/05) with a weekly minimum stay: Most properties are rented Saturday to Saturday. Properties are a week minimum for holidays until 30 days prior to arrival.

Area Description

This condo is on the Front Beach of the Isle of Palms in the main business area with shops, restaurants, and grocery store. Everything is within walking distance (a radius of three blocks). So a car is useful but optional while visiting here.
